Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 egg, lightly beaten

seasoned bread crumbs with corliander
·
3 tbsp olive oil

4 large
slices tasty cheese

hamburger buns, split,
·
1/3 cup
whole-egg mayonnaise
·
3
iceberg lettuce leaves, finely shredded

tomatoes, thinly sliced

Method:
1.
Preheat
the oven to 180 C.
2.
Make sure
your boneless, skinless chicken breasts are thin by either slicing them in half
or pounding them flatter
3. season
the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
4. Dip the chicken first into flour,
shaking off any excess. Then dip it into the egg, shaking off any excess.
Finally, dip it into the seasoned bread crumbs.

Lay the
breaded chicken on the frying pan,
6. Spread
hamburger bun bases with mayonnaise and ketchup. Place chicken breasts on buns,
Top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese. Cover with bun tops.
7. Bake
for 5 mins in the preheated oven.
